Shopper data

Your messages hold what shoppers type into your form. Here is what we keep and how you control it.

What we keep

We keep the answers a shopper types, like name, email, phone and message. We also keep the files they send. For an agree box, we keep the words and the time they agreed. We do not read your Shopify customers or orders.

How long

We keep messages for 24 months. You can pick 3, 6, 12 or 24 months under Privacy in the app. Older messages and their files are removed each day.

Shopper data requests

When a shopper asks Shopify for their data, Home tells you. Open Privacy and press Download their messages. Send the file to the shopper. Then press Mark as sent.

When a shopper asks to be deleted, we delete their messages and files.

Kept safe

Files are never public. Only you can open them, from the admin.

Remove the app

We delete your data within 48 hours after you uninstall. Read our privacy policy.
