Formlane can email you when a shopper writes. Your inbox keeps every message either way.

Alerts for new messages

Open a form. Under Emails, find Send new messages to. Type up to three emails there, one on each line. Leave it empty to use your store email.

Each message in the inbox says if its alert went out. If it did not, the message is still there.

Notes about your trial

We email you 7 days and 1 day before your free trial ends.

A note every Monday

Each Monday we email your store email last week's numbers. You see your messages, answer time, spam stopped and what still waits. The link at the bottom stops this note. Alerts for new messages still go.

News from us

Home asks once if you want emails about new features and our other apps. The box is not ticked. Every one of these emails has a link to stop them.
